The values of Random Index for various sizes of comparison matrices can be obtained by the following steps : (i) Generating comparison matrix based on people’s opinions and Saaty’s ratio scale. (ii) Evaluating the Consistency Index for each size of the comparison matrix. (iii) Obtaining the average value of Consistency Index.
