1 Hi, I am on an H1-B visa thru June 30, 2019. My I-797 is valid through that date as well. Since having the visa, I've traveled 2x. My last trip was in 2017, and I just noticed that the I-94 that they stamped had an expiration date that was the same as my passport's.Recently I found out that my i-94 has expired ( which was truncated due to my passport expiring ) , but my I-797 is valid .
