The wiki has it saying that Couch Potatoes take 13 hours from Seedling to Young, 29 hours from Young to Mature, and 216 hours from Mature to Elder. That's a total of 258 hours, 10.75 days, which is ridiculous in terms of speed-gardening for Mega Snacks.
